hey guys im looking at getting a sub and amp for my vn sedan. i already have a clarion dxz646mp(i think thats it) headunit and 2 type S 6x9 in the rear and stocko speakers up front now this was wat i was looking at getting now

so which would be the better sub to go with the amp?
and is the amp a good choice??

The PXW1251 would suit that amp as it has dual 2 ohm voice coils. You would bridge the amp and wire the coils in series, so it would be a 4 ohm load to the amp.


Personally, i'd be looking at other brands of sub and amp though. Clarion make great head units, but their speakers, subs and amps aren't of equal quality, in my opinion. How much would you be paying for those?
