Orange Headunit

Does anyone know of a headunit that has orange backlight for the buttons etc. Must have MP3 capability.
I'm doing my dashlights soon and want a headunit to match.
My other option is to change the lights in a headunit - anyone done this or know how hard it would be to do?

explore some h/u that have optional interchanging lights...in their options you can choose the colours of which your stereo displays, im sure that one of them will have orange

Yeah, it think a few brands make models that have selectable back lighting.

The Pioneer DEH-P5800MP has that option, the LCD display and buttons can change to 10 different colours (White, sky blue, ocean blue, deep blue, pink, red, amber, orange, green, pure green) independently. The link is to the Euro site, but that is the model that Pioneer Australia sells aswell. I think you can only buy it from specialist stores though, not JB, Autobarn, Repco, or Strathfield. Oh, one thing... It doesn't have a clock, so if that's important to you, then it isn't for you.

Also, the US have a model with the same model number, it's not the same.

Sweet. Thanks guys. That pioneer looks like what I'm after. Within my price range.
Preferably I'm looking at Pioneer, Alpine or JVC.
Any others anyone know of?

I know some of the Alpines have changeable colours. My 9831 does, not sure about which of the current models do.

The main buttons have 512 colours, and the rest of the backlights can be green or orange.

Not completely sure, but I seem to remember some Blaupunkt HUs having an orange backlight.

yeh like garfa said, clarion top model h/u's....... mine's a clarion n it changes 2 about 10 diffrent colors and has some pretty kool displays on it...

jvc make a nice one, has over 1000 colours, you can tone em yaself with seperate R G B Controls, has mp3 etc, can even read SD cards, so u get a 2gb card and put ya music on it and put it in, personalise your own screensavers, and its touchscreen control
