hahaha i couldnt said it better myself. sony, and pioneer make decent entry level subs but if you want 2 of them in a box youll be looking at about 300 -400 i would guess for 2x 12" and a box

Actually, to be completely honest, they aren't too bad. I know you all disagreewith me here, and I certainly agree that they aren't the best...but I had the 2 10" in my VN, and they pumped along quite nicely. For the price I wouldn't complain. But I'm guessing they wouldn't last long.

But hey, they're even better when you didn't pay for them, you just get given them!! But like I said, if I was looking to buy subs, they most definatley WOULD NOT be my first choice.....

Another well regarded entry level 12" sub is the pioneer tsw-306c. Can be had for around the $100-120 mark each, sometimes less. JB stock them. There is also a 10" version. Don't get the pioneer recommended sealed box for them though, they work better in ported boxes.

i had 2 10 inch ramoages and then got a 12 inch sony and the rampages were way better but then i went to 12 inch pioneers. deffiantly better but the rampages didnt do all that bad. on the inside of the car they were alright but on the outside couldnt feel the base. if u get alot of power on the rampages there ok but i dont think they will last very long

I agree with that completely. Inside...Very impressive...
Outside...you'd wonder if you even had them.

I never said it was a bad thing. I was just simply agreeing with kylewalkers post.

HHmm yes i've had no personal experience with the rampage subs but i feel pretty safe in saying i can imagine they're not of a very high quality whatsoever. They could however be fun to test and see how much power you can shove into them before they decide to go into meltdown?
