Amp connection

Hi guys,
Is it possible to connect the power lead of an additional 4 channel amp to the sub amp lead of the Blaupunkt system in the boot?
This would save all the work of ripping apart half the car and going to the battery, or would this effect the amplifier and degrade quality?
Also, if necessary, where can you get through the firewall in a manual?

You can... but dont....

That power cable is designed specifically for a specific load. A 4 channel amp wiull exceede that rating and something will give (hopefully just a fuse). You should always run new cables, either more or just upgrade guage.

As for the wiring, go through an excisiting gromet... or there is that gromet on the passenger side, runs through your wheel arch, up into your engine bay... then go to your battery. Please fuse any (power)wire you run.
