Problem with CD/DVD player not loading properly

Hi Guys

My problem is when i put a cd in the slot the motor grabs in and pulls it in but then you cant hear it click into place meaning that its stuck in just enough that you cant see it but there because the unit think that it has no cd in it and it wont eject it so i have to use tweezers (very carefully) to get it out


The only way i have found to get the cd to load properly and all the way is to bang the dash when its almost in and then you hear it click in there


Any help would be great on this problem

The dealer is in Sydney bit of a drive for me i kinda looking for a quick fix otherwise it will have to wait till i go to Sydney next

nah just send it back to them or take it back to were you bought it and get them to send it back
