ps2 in vz

anyone know a good location to mount a ps2 in a vz sedan... im struggling to find a nice neat place... and accessible.
I had it in the passenger foot well vertical next to the kick panel, but the disc tray faced the door and was hard to change the games/dvd's... not to mention everybody kicking it

does the backseat fold up? i remember a car having a ps2 and two controls under the back seat
