my system help needed

g'day all, i just got my commodore, VN executive series two and i wanna know if i should go with 4" splits or should i buy some more door pods and put 6 1/2" split in the doors, i am also looking at upgrading my sub, i am currently running soundstorm 15" and its bassy but not much kick it is 300wrms and my amp is 280wrms, i wanna up grade to two kenwood dvc 1500 wat sub and a fusion 1000 watt mono block, what do you guys think about that, will i need a compacitor to run the two amps, 1000wrms mono block, and a 560w 4 channel amp with the two 12inch subs, 2 sound storm 6x9s and ken wood 4inch, i would be doing the subs first as the rest of the system is performing as i want it to, and the 15 isn't in a big enough box but itsn'tthat greater sub

I would be going with 6" or 6.5" splits in the doors, but thats me. You will get better sound out of 6 or 6.5's. Pods arent hard to put in. I've got 6" speakers in the front doors of my VN and its just a matter of screwing them in. (maybe cutting a bit bigger speaker hole in the door trim depending on how big the speaker magnets are).

the "kick" is all the front speakers work.
put in aome good quality (eg around half the budget) splits and then you will have kick!!!

you may have a bit of trouble running the two amps depending on the battery and your head unit.... sometimes when the amp's suck too much power they will take away power from the amp in ur headunit

what are you blabbering on about, the amp doesnt draw any power from the H/U.
