ute audio upgrade

got some sketchy info today about a blaupunkt audio upgrade for vz utes ,consists of amp,speaker upgrade,and subwoofer, kit supposedly all plugs into existing headunit,and no vechicle modifacations req,price around 1300 dollars.????? has anyone else heard of this upgrade

dude i did a full upgrade for my vh sedan for $1500 inc sounddeadening 2 subs, amp, custom box, splits, 6x9s, and 2006 model hu.

just upgrade the speakers with splits and a small shallow pioneer sub and 4 channel amp with a new hu should come in under a grand all installed if u shop smart.
