VT H/U install

Tried searching but couldn't find what I was looking for. Basically, How do you remove the radio/cassette from a VT? I want to install an aftermarket H/U. I couldn't see any visible screws and am hoping its not gonna be a big drama.

Also, i've noticed there will be a gap, will it look poxy if I just put in one of those plastic pockets?
