ebay sub quality?

hey guys. i have two 10 inch 400 watt subs in twin box now and they thump pretty good. but i want more to out show me mates and mainly my ex's up and coming system. i found these on ebay and altho good price im skeptical on their quality. an info would be appreciated. also can anyone point me in the direction of where to buy an 18 inch sub? thx

Stone what do you mean by BASICALLY -- would you say the are complete CRAP!!!

I love the first one that is 3000watts ---- all for $79.00 -- power handling max - 2 secs.... failure complete!!!

The Treo are a nice 18" sub.

Personally I would not touch the KICKER range as there build quality is quite CRAP!

i have one of those max turbo subs(15") and they sound sweet. I have not had it in a box yet but i cut i hole in the box it came in and ran it for a bit to run it in and it sounded sweet. i am getting a box in a few days so i'll let ya know how it sounds in the box. if you want an 18" box you will have to make it your self i recon.

I would say if you think the TURBO MAX are a GREAT sounding SUB then it is no sense in even commenting on the LINK!!!!

i need to know if they perform well under high power. not all the time just when i want some serious doof doof. i was only considerin gttin an 18" but since have decided for two 15". let me know how it goes

Come on, man. They're junk compared to decent brands. Just because it goes "boom boom boom" does't mean it's a good sub. I've bought an $1,100 15" sub and still wasn't happy with how it sounded... So a $49 sub is going to be a total piece of crap.

Hay my 15" sub sound heaps better than my mates 12" kicker comp sub. I am not some fool when i come to car stereos and i bought this sub because i wanted more bass and didn't have the money to buy the 2 12" alpine type R subs i wanted so i bought the best looking sub i could find for the cheapest price. ...For the price this sub is better than any other sub you could find at say supercheap or autopro. I had a 12" 1200 sony sub (one of those red ones) and this sub runs rings around that sub in looks and sound.

I think that if you want to buy one of those subs you list then buy the 15" max turbo sub.

I bought 2x12" type S Alpine subs the they rock my world...I get the loudness of downing out anything but the quality of shitall distortion, i wouldnt even consider 18's wtf???

lol what did i start? shakes head. nah i've had great experiance with ebay so im all for it. but yes i knew they would be shit i just wanted some others opinions. although after phat_com says his are good, i mite get one just to test

I guess for the price it can't hurt... You know they'll be crap, but if all you want is bass, it's cheap as. Once you've had it for a while you'll find music that doesn't sound very good with it and you'll want to upgrade anyway. I'm still doing that and I have two 12" worth $850 each... I still find songs that don't sound right with them.

all i want em for is bass. i can adjust the fade to have it all in the boot or all in the cabin or most in boot and least in cabin. so i think i will. then if i dont like em i'll just sell em at cashies or someone who wants em
