    Sounds like a CLARION UNIT!!!

Kenwood have the same issues as well!

So it turns on --- starts the CD and NOTHING??? just spins and spins and spins?

    Are you getting an error??

Is you clock resetting if it is then yes memory or an accessory wire that you have not connected properly .

Sorry dont understand Pidgeon english! -- old school!

If the clock keeps going back to 12.00 then it is a accessory wire! from the HU and is not spliced in properly

Have you go a GOOD EARTH!!???? though I really doubt if this is the problem.

Other than that IT IS A CLARION!!!! --- WARRANTY CLAIM!
