cheers Brenden
If they are splits (they have a little cross-over box with them which the tweeters and speakers connect to), then each cross-over should just be connected to each of the speaker connections on your head unit. The speakers and tweeters would then be connected to the cross-overs with the right frequencies being sent to each speaker.
If they are separate, I would connect the tweeters to the front speaker outputs on the head unit, putting a capacitor in series with the tweeter. Maybe use a 4.7uF cap as it cuts out frequencies below ~10kHz. The larger speakers should then be connected to the rear speaker outputs on the head unit.
You can use the fader to get a good balance between the speakers and the tweeters.
Hope this helps!

read: just saw you said 4 speakers and 4 tweeters... in that case theyll def be splits. Just connect the crossovers to each channel and all should be sweet
They are pretty good quality. I recently replaced my stock VX S speakers with Pioneer ones, and the stock speakers were actually a little bit bassier than the pioneers. They pioneers are a bit clearer though and can go louder without distorting.

thanx guys i really need to brush up on my skills as far as car audio goes i had no clue at all how they connected thanx bezz_86 for that and lloyd1986 yeah i thought they would sound alright just thought i would ask just a cheap way to get sound into my car so i can spend money else where on the beast
thanx again Brenden
The stock speakers are pretty efficient and are chosen because they suit the doors of the car... So they do sound alright in a VT or VX, but if you put them into another type of car, they are likely to sound pretty average.
