Any Ideas!?!

Hi guys, I was just wondering I you had any ideas about what type of head unit and speakers I should buy. I have a 500-600 dollar budget and would like a head unit that has ipod/mp3 connectivity and any speaker sizes. I dont want to go over the top though because Im only driving a vs.

A mid range alpine headunit would be good most mid range are ipod ready i paid 350 for myn...type 's' 6x9s would be good if thats all your going to do...im only running 6" in the rear as there is two subs and two amps running and i dont need anymore noise

cant go wrong with JVC headunit, luv myne, n they pretty much all have a front AUX input for ipod, mp3, laptops :P wateva has a headfone socket

as for speakers depends if u plan on gettin a sub as 2 whether u get 6x9s, i'd go 6 or 6 1/2".
cadence fairly good bang for buck
