Dilemma - Kenwood Touch Screen DVD with Alpine H/U

hey everyone,
I have just been recently given a Kenwood KVT-747DVD Touchscreen Single din dvd player with motroised screen, i also have an alpine cda-9853R headunit...now atm im running both, i have the alpine h/u controlling all the sound so all the sound goes through the apline h/u via the aux input on it... Is there any point using both units? i love the alpine headunit and the kenwood touchscreen is preety good, but i really want the screen in my car...i want the best system at the same time... what should i do:

a) Use both as i am now
b) Just use kenwood h/u
c) Sell/swap both and buy a alpine touchscreen dvd h/u (i love alpine)
d) ???

I would go C. But I imagine you might come out a bit behind because resale on the 9853 would be ~350-400 and not to sure about the Kenwood. The D100E and the D310E are quite well regarded units, even so I suggest that you go to your local dealer and make sure you do find the units enjoyable to use before you commit to selling your current gear.

there is only one problem with the kenwood headunit... it like dosent liek to stay out it dosent stop when its suppose to so it goes back inside the unit...all i do is just hold it out and it stay if u hold it it stays out...i dont really know a fair price for it any1 got any suggestions...

The kenwood is worth about 1200 new (with the receiver unit u fit in the boot) - at least that's what I paid for mine a few months ago....haven't had a problem with it yet, and u can get some cool add-ons for it like gps, tv tuner etc
