i still havent got what i ordered from them, its been 3 months and i havent heard a peep, ive left about 10 pm's and alot of emails on their website and nothing, not a word and no product to show

Hmmm - interesting reading, this....

And as for the possibility of being flamed - didn't this chap do enough "flaming" of his own?? (maybe not directly to other members, but certainly of their choices of sound gear) It wasn't only a dislike of what they don't (or didn't) sell - it was an out-and-out hatred!

Interesting also to note that this great quality gear hasn't been delivered in several cases...

EDIT: Adam - should sponsors maybe be bound by some sort of "code of conduct"?? I would think non-delivery of paid orders should be some kind of breach....

It seemed to me that he 'flamed' even brands he does/did sell. But he only flamed them if you were buying them elsewhere. Not to mention all the threads he spammed trying to sell his stuff. I don't know how many times 12volt warned him about that.

If he's been doing all this, and plus not providing goods that members have paid for, is there any reason for him to still be a sponsor?

I think he's proven he's not worthy of the privilege.

Also if you read carefully and slowly some of the fine print in his Main threads/ homepage - can't remember which now, it was enough to make me steer well clear. I also asked him for a price on a specific product and gave him the model number- and he tried to sell me a different product. Wtf? He was banned from another forum I believe.

He was rude and arrogant and tried to flame members who had a different opinion to his own. He thought he knew it all... I got no time for that crap...

I hate to say, and am not trying to side with the guy. But what does a business address and where the guy lives have to do with it. It could all be legit and you and I have no idea or business knowing otherwise.

We are all reading into this too much right now with little or no defence from JC management and the person concerned.

I suggest we all calm down a bit until someone makes an official announcement in regards to the whole situation.

Well it does have a lot do with it.

He is stating his business address is in KENMORE, but actually his REAL BUSINESS ADDRESS IS IPSWICH.

I didnt say it has anything to do with it, but its the same as if you wanted to buy something from my BRICK AND MORTAR RETAIL STORE which is in one area and then i promote it as being in another. Dont you think there is a reason for that?

As i said I have an invoice from CAFO for a certain product which we both agreed on. I sent him the sum of money which was $7500 to be exact. The stock that was included in his invoice didnt arrive. He sent completely different products, despite my countless emails to rectify the situation. Then he tried to tell me that i have to send the stuff back which he sent out WRONGLY, before he can fix up the mistake, but yet there is like 50 emails asking him to correct the situation and also countless PHONE CALLS in which he stated THIS TIME AROUND I WILL FIX IT PERSONALLY.

So he continued to send stuff out, which by all accounts is cheaper equipment than what i paid for, and he still has $7500 of my money a legit invoice that he sent via his COMPANY and then he thinks he is in the right, by dictating what i have to do.

Its not about siding with the guy VY- Storm, i am just trying to make you guys aware that this guy is a shonk, and that i have been screwed over big time from him.

I just dont want to see it happening again.
