inverted sub idea

Hey all the other day a mate gave me the idea to build a sub box out of perspex, mount an invert sub, put a black light inside the box and a handful of bean bag fill. I was just wondering if anyone had done this

I've thought about it coz I really like the little foam balls flying around everywhere...saw it on a Summernats DVD I rekon, looked sweet.

hmmm realised that perspex is a little expensive so im just gonna rip a side and front out of an old fusion box and replace with perspex

I think you should paint some of the balls with the orange and green paint that illuminates when a black light is present. This will break up the white only looks.

Otherwise I think it is a pretty good idea.

couldnt the ball's get into the sub and damage it?

He is mounting an inverted sub so there wont be any problems there, if you did this to a normal sub then you would start running into problems.
