hello there i was wondering if any one has or knows where to get a stereo wiring diagram for a 1989 suzuki vitara (2door)

Is this for the Pioneer? Try to keep the amount of threads you open down to just one if it all relates to the same issue/question. Otherwise welcome to the forum

Constant 12V - White Grey
Acc/Switched - White Black
Earth - Black
Left Front (+) - Black Blue
Left Front (-) - Blue Grey
Right Front (+) - White Red
Right Front (-) - White Grey
Left Rear (+) - Grey Black
Left Rear (-) - Grey
Right Rear (+) - Green Black
Right Rear (-) - Green Grey

So now just match the two colours up from the pioneer to the sierra and your good to go.
