    G'day
AS far as a power supply goes,it depends on the requirement of the amps and the distace as to what size cable you would require, you could use 1 heavy cable ie light battery cable, or 2 smaller cables. 1 single cable would be better on the eye, put it through a plastic sleeve to protect it.
And to earth it use a piece of the same cable and run an earth from the amps to the body, problem solved.

Calculate your max current draw from both amps (easy way is to just add up all the fuses) Then run the appropriate gauge cable from the battery to the amps location. Then, you would use a distribution block to split that large wire into two wires going to each amp.

As to false floor, you could liquid nail a few "stumps" to the boot, and then screw your floor down onto them.

joe peeps can explain this distributation block to me? im guessing by the name it splits up the power evenly between the 2 amps, but still would like to know more. where can u get these/type/price?

Distro blocks are avaliable at any good car audio vending location... cos anywhere from $10 - $100 dollars depending on what they do along with diving current.

They have a large side in(in this case) say, 2 guage and then 4, 8 guage outs. SOME come fused, some dont. Some have volt meters, some dont. I got al my stuff from JAYCAR. Everything is gold plated, study construction, volt meters and ncily priced.
