well ive been thinking
ive currently got 2 12" cadence 350wrms subs in custom made boxes.
i was just wondering, should i buy a box that is made for the sub, eg from JB.
or what would be good 12" subs in ported boxes.
preferably ported boxes.
what 12' subs in ported boxes would be reccomended?

make a box to the specifications given by cadence. Will sound much better. I hear the pioneer 306c sounds good in a ported box if you're on a budget, although i haven't heard the sub myself.

yeah thats what ive been meaning to do, but im to lazy to make another box to spec's
im jus wondering if i wud be better off selling the ones i got now, and get subs in allready made boxes that would sound good, ( for an upgrade)

i got my 2 cadence subs in genuine cadence ported box for $330, they go great...still waiting for my bloody amp tho

more often than not, the prefab boxes that come with the subs in packs aren't really made to specification anyway. A better idea would to maybe get a professional to make a box for you.

make it urself man ud b able 2 make it under $100 easy. if u get a professional 2 make it 4 u ur looking more than wat the prefab boxes r as they slap labour on top aswell so will get quite expensive
