    Default Sony Problems

ok i know how **** sony gear is but my VP i just got not long ago came with a sony head unit and only front speakers. i put some rear speakers in then noticed my rear right wasnt workin. Swapped the speakers over still had the same prob. so i decided 2 pull the unit out and run new wiring straight from the rear right wires (incase the old wiring was broken somwhere) from the loom and still didnt work is it possible the rear right output is no good or can it b somthing else? is there any other way 2 test 2 make sure this out put is no good?

i got my test light out and there is power how eva wen i tried this i also put the test light on the negative incase it had been wired up wrong and while the test light was making contact the speaker did work but it was very faint? ne ideas? i orignally thought i had a break in the -ve wire and the test light was being used as a ground? so i tried running new wire.

try using a multimeter on the terminals of the speaker when connected to the h/u, and the do the same on the working speaker looking for any difference in voltage.
