noise from traffic indicator on the radio

I have a stock vx2 lumina and sometimes when Iam using my traffic indicator to turn a corner I hear the traffic indicator noice coming through the radio. I had a new electric aerial fitted some months back and it was not a genuine holden aerial. Has anyone had this problem. Thanks for any help
