how to pre-set radio stations??

i did a search and couldnt find the answer so anyway
i want to preset (store) the radio stations in my vs calais so i can change radio stations via the steering wheel controls but i dont know how to do it and i dont have the radio book, does anyone know how its done please? cheers!!

set the station you want then hold down the button eg.1,2,3,4,5, for about 3 seconds..
should lock that sucker in....
