Hey there guys I was wondering can someone tell me what size speaker will fit in my factory dash holes i know there small but dont know the size.?
Might be worth me putting splits in and using them as the tweeter spot.?
Can I fit VR VS speaker pods on my statesman doors.?

4 inch in dash. Definitely get 6" splits man and put the tweeters there instead, and yes you can git VR/VS speaker pods.

I am looking at spending about $1800 on a stereo..
does anyone have any recommendations on brands models ect.?
bare in mind i wana run 2 10" subs I like that tight tight bass..!!

Kenwood is good value for money. if you want real crisp sound go alpine in my opinion, i have alpine type S splits and they sound awesome. also have a kenwood 12" sub gives real clean punchy bass
why run two inferior 10s when you can get a single, dual voice coil, superior quality 10" that will absolutely blow away the other two in both sound quality and loudness?

Some people like the look of two, I sure do. But im all for one
i had two as i got them at a good price. Looked good at first but felt they were lacking a bit.. weren't tight enough and couldn't keep up.. really frustrating

Love the look of the type S splits.. definatly looking at a pair of them....
Would you recommend a pair of 10" type S subbys as well..?
or something else..!! I definatly wanna run 2 10's.

type s are ok... i would invest in type r splits tho, definitely worth the extra
