6 Stacker won't load CD's

Hi All,
have had my VZ SVZ for a week now and the Factory 6 stacker won't load CD's. It did the first time I put some in, but now have ejected them all to replace them and the stacker won't except any CD's. It spits them out straight away. I have don't the reset (preset #4 & On button) but still nothing.. thought that I would ask the question here before I rang the dealer.

any ideas?
