VZ EX Stereo question

hey guys, i own a vz executive, and i got a quick question about the stereo in it. it is all factory by the way

when listening to music i want it loud at times, however, it seems to me when i try to get it loud, it automatically turns itself down. i have the speed dependent volume turned off so that isnt the problem. i know i probably didnt explain it well enough, so say im listening to Stronger by Kayne West, at the start the lyrics is loud, but once it starts with the bass and music, the volume goes down (but on the screen it says it the same volume). does the car do this automatically maybe to avoid blowing the speakers out?? is there anyway to turn this feature of so i can listen to my music loud without itself turning itself down
