Now the probably most important question that I am having trouble on

What AMP will I need i.e. how many watts and will I need two of them as I am not sure!

I haven't looked for any front speakers yet but if anyone can recommend me something for the front would be great!!

Dude, that sub and deck are fine. DON'T get the 6x9s, you are buying are sub, they are pretty much useless. Spend as much as possible on the fronts and get a jaycar 4chan to power the fronts and sub, leave your rears stock for now, working on a pretty small budget, dont bother with rears.

ok minimum cost i would stick to jaycar, they supply the power and cost less.
the 1500Wrms mono block for $699 will give your sub 100Wrms, its rated power, at 2 ohms.
as for the 6x9's, will you be getting another sety of speakers for the front or just leaving them? it you just want the 6x9's then a 2 channel from jaycar would be ok as well. or if you want to get better fronts just get a 4 channel.

Instead of buying off the internet, visit your local stores. These days local retail store pricing is comparable if not better than ebay, and u get local warranty.
