VS Radio: How do you actually enter the code?

Ok, reset my battery .. got the security code .. how do i enter it? Pressing any of the 1-6 buttons advances a single digit on the screen, how do i proceed to enter the next digit?

You just keep entering them. I thought I'd stuffed it when I pressed '2' and '1' came up on the screen. Ignore this...it just shows how many numbers you have entered.
As soon as you've pressed the 6th number it will activate it.

Mine was a 4 digit code, and I think the number is a counter of how many times youve entered a wrong code. After 3 it would lovk you out for half an hour.

Ignore what the screen says , just type in the code , if it doesnt work then you have the wrong code.
