power caps

Ive just had my system installed, and when im really cranking i get the whole disco headlight thing going on, i know i need a power cap on the mono amp but im not sure how big a capacity i need, im running a pioneer GM-7300M in 2ohms mode running 2 Pioneer TS-SW1041D.

any idea's guys?

you dont need a capacitor, you need upgraded earth/power cables under the bonnet, a bigger/better battery, and possibly a bigger alternator.
