Where the seat bolts to the floor there is holes in the carpet, feed the wire through those and then be careful when putting the seat back in that you don't crush them.

Some people put a bit of MDF under the carpet and screw through the carpet into the MDF. Others use velcro on the bottom of the amp and it just grips to the carpet. I'm sure there's other ways as well.

It's up to you... Under the seat is well hidden, but can be damaged by careless back seat passengers kicking it. In the boot it harder to find a flat surface out of the way and you need more cabling and you have to pull more of the car apart, but it's less likely to get damaged.

I always use the boot as I like to able to adjust my amps easily if needed.

ive got 2 amps 1 under each seat, for the wires i just cut a small hole in the carpet and fed the wires through that as for mounting them mine are just sitting there they don't really move around so im not worried. if my amps were more expensive i would of mounted them in a better way but at the moment i only got a couple of cheapies

As for the cable showing problem, there are ways of making it look good...wrap all the cables in electrical tape, or you can use the black cable tubes...But I have mine in my boot at the moment, which is screwed into the floor behind the back seats...
