    Cool epic stereo vid (and question )

    haay guys was looking through youtube and found this YouTube - 4 18s - 17,000 Watts i was simply amazed watch the hole car shake omg
    any way i also have a question can i take a car subwoofer and hook it up to the stereo in my room ??? any help would be muchly appreciated if you need any more details bout my stereo just ask

    The sub out on that stereo isn't amplified, so you'd need to connect an amp for the sub to that output first.

    so ive been looking at some ebay subs and amps is ebay good or full of crap ??? im thinking 2 12 inches and a 22o watt amp ??? sorry but i know nothing bout audio any advice appreciated ps im in no rush

    I have done this before with a couple of factory sealed boxes and subs from kicker I still used a car battery hooked upto a battery charger that was in use while stereo was running via the amp was very messy and did not look good if your going this far you could just as well chuck a cheapie headunit on there as well .. mine was hooked upto a computer just for mp3 sounds outside while i was working on my car so the messy setup did not worry me ... sounded great tho lol.
