You put you left foot in, your put your right foot in , you take your left foot out and you slide it all about!
yeah really busy, shaved door handles and door poppers all the rage theses days
erk a just did a set on a 93 BMW 3 series. What a PITA finding a good solid location to mount the actuator! Even the spring pusher was difficult to mount in that thing! It took me over a week to accomplish...lost so much money on the job.

Yeah they can be a pain, my first job i used trunk release motors to pop the doors, they had to be position perfectly or they wouldnt pop. But the next job i did the other day had motors designed to pop doors. Half inch rods in a huge motor running of a 35 amp fuse. that did the trick just nicly
trunk release motors will also fail over time. They are simply not strong enough for continued use....pop motors are good typically for around about 75kilos.

75 kilos, um are you sure cause the door poppers i used were rated at 30 pounds and they were pretty big.
where are you getting them from. Mine are rated for 75 kilos and require a 50A supply line.

Can you take a picture of the motor , cause its not that i dont believe you its just that i cant see why a popper would need to pull that much. I mean i weigh just over 75 kilos and it woul be interesting to see if it could actually lift me off the ground. The ones i get were off a mate who does air bag suspension. And mine run off a 35 amp fuse.
let me see if I can find a picture of one from AAMP (distribution company I get them from) I'm currently in the process of moving back to Australia and am in San Francisco at the moment.
