Best double din under $500?
hey looking to upgrade head unit to a double din unit and just want ideas on good models. DO NOT want dvd or LCD screens. thanks guys

well you can get a eurovox double din 6 disc stacker for around 400. im assuming you have a single din in your vz . maybe try to trade your single din fascia for a double din one, or try and find a second hand factory 6 disc for around the 500 mark.

Fantastic value for those who dont want DVD etc but something better than the OEM Eurovox

always had good success with the Clarion DUZ386MP...at lest thats what I think the model designation is in Australia

The Clarion DUZ386MP and The Kenwood DPX-MP3110 are the two main ones i am looking at. The Clarion costs $499 and the Kenwood $330. just trying to work out if the Clarion is worth the extra $170

The Clarion units always had a better sound quality output than the kenwoods.
