VE Clubsport DVD upgrade..?

Hey guys..
I have a VE Clubby and when I was buying it I was asked if I wanted my car to be able to play DVD's but I said no... But now I'm getting all my audio system upgraded with all my high quallity MTX speakers and Alpine amps and since I am doing that I was wondering if I could get my head unit changed to play DVD's? Does anyone know if it is possible? Would my HU need to be tweaked or would I need a new one..? I'm keeping my factory VE head unit.

Yes you can run a video signal to your factory unit. You also need to buy a video in motion bypass signal if you want to watch it while driving. Depending on who you go to will determine how much they will charge to do the bypass. Around 300. Im not a hundred percent sure if the cd player can be changed to play dvd's, but i know for certain it can accept an AV signal.
