    Default Ute tray sound system

Just wondering if anyone with a ute has a sound system in their tray and what they're running inside the cabin?
Im running 2 Alpine R series 12inch subs(one behind each seat, cut out into the tray), alpine R series splits, off a Alpine V12 Amp(there's actually 2 amps there but not sure if the second one does anything, might have been for something else that got taken out before i bought the ute).
Anywho the reason i ask is because i have a second battery in the tray so am thinking of whipping something up and hooking it up to that battery for when im out n about with mates.

how can you not know if your amp is hooked up to anything ?!?!?

proberbly the cabin speakers I would guess other amp bridged for subs

yes you can put stuff in your ute tray... what you want tp put in there and how good you want it to look just comes down to cash

nope its highly illegal and a major defect on the car if you were in an accident that part of the ute is actually structual it would mean the cabin would crush very easily and no insurance payout would be made

I believe 10" subs are common in the trays. As for the wall between the cabin and the tray, I would get that welded up quick smart, if you want a insurance pay out, if you are ever involved in a accident, which I hope you don't!

    ^^^^ drunk post?

If you are going to go through with cutting the walls then do it right and create a full blow through set-up
You put you left foot in, your put your right foot in , you take your left foot out and you slide it all about!

Yeah thats all I have done as well. It will do for the time being until I get a custom box made up to go beside the fuel tank, under the tray.
