Please help, VS Commodore speakers

Hey fellas, i purchased a VS commodore executive the other week and the guy didnt have enough time to fit his speakers back in the car, so he left them with me. They look like stock speakers and they measure 6 1/4 inch in diameter. I was going to go out tomorrow to buy new speakers, will 6 inch Pioneers fit in the same space as the 6 1/4 inches did?

front speakers are 6inch but if u wanna fit bigger just cut the plastic they sit in
