depends on how many subs you wanna run and how many amps.
a mono block i believe is a single channel dedicated to a sub.
thats correct a mono block amp is a single channel output amplifier and is primarly used and aimed at powering subwoofers. Out of the ones you have, definetly use the Cerwin Vegas without a doubt, I don't care if they a falling apart...use them!
You put you left foot in, your put your right foot in , you take your left foot out and you slide it all about!
Well for starters, your typing isnt that great but i get the jist of it. Anyway The Cerwin Vega has a stronger reputation than Sansui, but both are good brands. If you want to get noticed, use the two 15 inch subwoofers, with a minumum of 500 watts rms of mono block amp power. Although your boot will rattle a bit. I would probably go the 2 Cerwin Vega woofers. and in my opinion run speakers in the front doors and rear parcel shelf. No need to have speakers in the rear doors. The sony unit is fairly decent with a 24 bit DAC, so 400 isnt that bad.
I would go the Cerwin Vega subs, prob only the decent brand of subs you have, as for speakers forget rears spend all the money on fronts, rears are only for passengers and they sure didnt pay for your system so why spend money on them. as for HU no experience with that HU in particular however I tend to always steer clear of Sony, perhaps look inot Eclipse or Alpine. heck I would even choose Pioneer over Sony.
as for amp a mono would be best, however you need to match the amp to the subs you use. no point using a mono that produces best power at 2 ohms if you have dual 4 ohm subs as you wont be able to utilise this power.
The speakers you have linked are just co-axials so just get one set and run those on the rear shelf. Get some 6.5" splits for the front.
That Sony gear is pretty much entry level brand name stuff - I'm not saying it's bad, it'll be a big step up from the factory gear, but with car audio you can spend as much or as little as you want. The further into the future you plan, the more you're likely to save in the long run by not buying gear, then replacing it 6 months later with better gear.
If you're just after something alright which can go a bit louder than the factory stuff, then that setup should be fine. If you want super loud, or really high quality sound, you might want to think about spending a bit more.
Like vn2nv said, get splits (if you can afford it). They cost more, but sound much much better because you get better sound staging, and usually better power handling.
Also, as mentioned, try to use proper spelling and grammar, it makes it much easier for people to understand you. People are giving you help and advice for free, its the least you can do.
