custom door speaker pods

hey guys im thinking about designing up some dual door pods for my frot door trims on my vs coz i will be running 2 6in splits and 2 6.5in woofers the are clarions so i was thinkin about getting rid of the pocket and moulding up some custom speaker pods has anybody here done this b4? pics would be gr8 as i have no idea where to start.

This is done on a VT Commo, basically i chopped the door trim in half and fibreglassed two ring spacers in and spent a lot of time sanding them down.
