Double Din

Hi,
I ws trying to look for a thred on this question but couldent find one.
Im new to holdens as this is my first ( best choice ive ever made ).

Just wondering,
What size double din would i need for my vz sv6?
7" or 9.5" ?

Can someone let me know?

Im not too sure what youre talking about, as "DIN" is actually a size, any double DIN unit will fit into a VZ.
Although if you could provide some links to the 9.5" double DIN unit it would be helpful.

yeah funny cause a double din unit cannot be 9.5 inches.

Hiya guys, I'm back again for a while.

Almost all double Din size units are the same size.
178mm wide
100mm high
166mm deep, although this varies between makes.

Double Din units will fit easilly into a VZ as I'm sure you know, just get the facia kit to make it look perfect.

ive still got the original cd player from holden in the car,
was just asking what size cd player i can replace it with?

Yeah mate either a double DIN, or a single DIN with a pocket underneath. Both sizes will need a facia kit available from most car audio retailers.
