Hiyas.
So my current system is as below
Alpine HU
MB Quart Splits - front doors
Stock GM speakers - rear doors
Alpine 12" Type R Sub in ported box
Eclipse 4 chan amp
pdx 1.100 mono amp
My question is, for the rear - should I go with 6x9's in the shelf, or some splits/singles in the doors at the back?
Sitting in the back all you get is bass, and my mates car having back speakers has a better overall note.
What do you all think? Im thinking just some 6" in the doors might be the way to go, but hopefully the people in the back will still not be overwhelmed with bass.
Also, anyone know how to stop the parcel shelf vibrating? My boot has already been dynamatte'd.
cheers![]()
Yeah, just 6's in the doors off the head unit... They are only for rear seat passengers anyway![]()
**** the people in the back. You only ever sit in the front seat right?![]()

Everybody should really forget 6" x 9"s if youve got a sub/s.
