what are the fusion subs like that u get from repco? i think they retail for around 100 to 120? are they decent enought just for background noise??
there not the best man but for 100bucks what do u expect but there better than most of the ebay crap
Not sure what the new stuff is like, but i had a lot to do with the old powerplant series gear.
The old gear was great, i had 2 sets of 6.5in splits in my last car and i did an install for a mate who had all fusion gear including 3 1404 amps and 2 15inch powerplant DVC subs. A safe tune was good for about 145ish Db.
Those Fusion subs arent too bad for the cash mate.....shocked me a few times anyways haha.
What do you mean by "background noise"?
150db in a commodore =
i used to work at repco on the weekends and i thought they were excellent for what they are we often used them over the pioneer ones because not a great deal of difference and we never had any come back
They rnt that flash man, just cheapies really if ur gonna go with fusion go the powerplant series they rnt 2 expensive if u look around and they perform pretty decent. Ive got 2 12's" in the back of the VP definatly better money spent there. Also got 2 powerplant amps running them 2.
