    Default VS Front Speakers

    G'day ,
I'm after some advice on replacement front speakers for a VS Commodore .
    I've had the standard radio replaced with a Kenwood CD player - 4 x 50 watts .
I'd like some 'easy fit' 6 inch (not 6.5 inch) replacements with better sound quality without adding an additional amp into the system .
What do you think are the best quality speakers available for this install ?
I don't mind paying extra dollars for good quality speakers but I want to do a simple 6 inch swap without splits and amps etc .
    Thank's .

hey mate this is probably just a matter of preference but i've had great sounding 6inch pioneer's. pretty good value for money if you get them on sale. if i'm looking for just an upgraded speaker this is what i go for everytime.
    Cheers.

Check out Alpine's website, they have a range of what they call E-Type speakers. The E stands for efficiency, and they are designed to run straight off your deck without the addition of an external amplifier.
