help removing pioneer head unit

I need a bit of help removing my head unit.
I've searched for a how to but cant find anything here or on google.
can some one please help, either explain or throw up a link.

I wanna take off the silver part (which is no worries) but i can't get the black thing the head unit is in, out. its stuck.
