VS Calais 10 CD Stacker Problems

My VS Calais Eurovox 10 CD Stacker has a problem
I recently went to play some CD's and after searching through the stack it ended up Error 99
I think i pressed the buttons too quick and i have jammed 2 cd's
The cartridge wont eject either
If there is 2 cd's stuck, what do i do to fix it
And i dont want anyone just saying "Throw it away as its rubbish" as i have found it OK till now and want to fix it
I feel it was my fault being too quick to change Cd's

You can try resetting it by pressing and holding the on/off button for six seconds. If that doesn't work pull the power cable out and reinsert it.

I tried all that
Nothing happened
I honestly feel that 2 cd's are stuck
As when i was using it i was a little bit too fast in selecting the cd's
I will pull it apart and have a look

Well i pulled the unit out
Took the covers off
And found a CD stuck
Pushed it back into the cassette and it all worked again

just on the cd stacker problem,
my has decied to not work and
keeps coming up with error disc 4 any hints??
