Car Audio Transponder (cat) installation

Hey guys, new to the site, and looking at installing my head deck into my VZ Adventura.

Could someone help me out with how hard is it to install a Car audio Transponder (CAT)

I have a JVC unit that i want to install and still be able to use the wheel controls,
