Sound good mate, just make sure you listen to the speakers before you buy. btw its pdx, there good amps and you can fit them in heaps of places with minimal ventilation.

is that mono capable of running at 1ohm? If not I'd look at a dual 4 ohm sub, not a dual 2 ohm.
You'll be needing a fair bit of wiring / accessories there.
Firstly, power/earth wiring:
Either 1 x 0g power cable (5-6m length) or 2 x 4g cables (5-6m each).
Either 1 x 0g ANL fuseholer and a 150-200A ANL fuse or 2 x AGU fuseholders and two 80A fuses.
2 x 1-2m of 4g earth cables.
5-6m of 18-22g remote turn on cable.
Audio Cables:
Depending on the head-units' preouts, you'll need either 2 x 5m RCA cables and 2 x RCA splitters (1 set for the 4ch amp which splits into 4 plugs and the other set for the monoblock). Or 3 x sets of 5m RCA cables (2 sets for the 4ch amp and 1 set for the monoblock). This choice would depend on whether you have 2x RCA preouts or 3x RCA preouts come from your head-unit.
I'd imagine your running those splits as front/rear speakers. So you'll be needing 14 - 16m of 12-14g speaker wiring. (5m either side for fronts and 2-3m either side for rear speakers).
Also as bezz said make sure that monoblock amp can be wired to 1 ohm resistance, if not get a 4 ohm DVC sub.

the mono is able t run a 4ohms, thanks
the heaunit is the original 6 stack bluapunkt with phreddy mod, so 4 out puts.

I'd still look at a dual 4 ohm sub, that way you can wire it in parallel to present a 2 ohm impedence to the amp. This will give you a bit more power to play with.
Yeah as bezz said, you want a 4 ohm dual voice coil subwoofer, to get the most out of your monoblock (if you look at the power ratings of the mono, you'll see it makes about double at 2 ohm when compared to 4 ohm - for example 1 x 350wrms @ 4 ohm and 1 x 700wrms @ 2 ohm).
As you have 4 x preouts im assuming its front and rear (FL, FR, RL, RR) preouts. So you'll be needing 2x 5m RCA cables and 2x RCA splitters (for the 4ch. amp).
The best way to go is run the front preouts (L + R) to the front inputs of the amp, then you should split the rear outputs (best to do it at the back of the car) and run one set to the rear inputs of the 4ch. amp and the other set to the monoblock amplifier. This is so you can still fade correctly to the rear.
Also forgot to add in my first post if you choose the single run of 0g you'll need a distribution block (1 x 0g to 2 x 4g) and depending on how far the amps are away from the D.B. about 1-2m of 4g power cable.

yeah, well with these alpine amplifiers they have made them so they can run the same wattage at 4ohms and 2ohms, can anyone suggest a good sub with dual 4ohms with about 800rms
the sub needs the be about 10"

It wouldnt give the same output at both ohm rating because the resistance is different...If your keen on the Soundstream sub, and they are a very nice sub, but matching it with the alpine amp, peronally i wouldn't, alpine are great products, no doubt there, but i reckon you could get more bang for your buck elsewhere with amplifiers.
this is the sub i found i quite like
soundstream r1-12" 800rms with 4 dual ohms bit pricey tho its $690! plus the two $650 amps!

I thought you wanted a 10'' cause you listen to a lot of metal?? The excursion on most 12's wouldn't keep up with the double kickers ect of a lot heavy metal music...that's my opinion anyway..
i know , but ill definitley stay with 10" forget that last post
