Trying to remove swirls by hand is a waste of time unless they are very very light. If the Megs & Mothers failed, I dont like your chance of removing them by hand. The only thing Autoglym have is SRP which hides them with fillers(to a point), not remove.

Ho light are the swirls? What one person calls a swirl, another calls a scratch?

This advice is all true but Autoglym Paint Renovator is more agressive than SRP. It can be hand applied and will remove light swirls:
Car Care Products / Autoglym / Exterior / Surface Prep / Paint Renovator

Another point is that you should be using Ultra Deep Shine not Super Resin Polish on dark cars. If you are using Paint Renovator, you will need to follow it up with SRP or UDS:
Car Care Products / Autoglym / Exterior / Polish / Ultra Deep Shine

02B is the trade name for Paint Renovator ^ above. 03B is a trade polish for machine use only.

No, 02B Ultrafine Renovator is a yellowy/orange colour. Its a 50/50 chance of it actually removing swirls by hand... It all depends how bad they are.
    Maybe upload a pic.

This one you mean with pink label? Car Care Products / Autoglym / Exterior / Surface Prep / Paint Renovator

It's the same as 02B as Car Care Products said.

Yep! it can be used by hand. My statement with it not working was based on the other products not working and you needing to be 100% sure it will remove them & doing it by hand I dont think anyone can give that guarentee when doing by hand. as said by Wavez pics would be good.

It is hard to advise what level of correction can be achieved (especially by hand) without seeing the actual paint.

I have had customers expect to hand polish out marks that were though the paint layers (you could see the white primer layer). You may achieve a decent result but hand applicable products with micro abrasives may need multiple applications to completely remove the defect. The polishing ability of a hand applicable product may be diminished by any protective layers already on the paint. Most products will have a combination of cleaning agents and micro abrasives and I have seen a few cases where the first application is only cleaning off old wax or sealant layers but the second application will start to correct the clear coat layer.
