    Post window cleaning spots on vs

    how to remove tree sap on passenger window i parked the car out for 2 days and noticed had this lil spots on my passenger window not sure wat it is feels alil ruff rubbing my hand against it

    ive also got 3 lil stain spots on my front window on the outside just wondering if anyone knows wat i can use on both to get rid of it

    You can clay and even polish glass.

    If you reckon you can feel the spots with your hand, I'd try claying it first. If that doesn't work, polish it. You can use ordinary polish made for paint, or a dedicated glass polish but glass polish is not necessary IMO.

    i polished all my window on my vs just with cutters and a buff, even with a buff this took some elbow grease to get of all the rain droplet stains

    A quick clay barring will sort out any bonded contaminants. Using a trade quality bar will make it a lot easier to remove stubborn marks.

    A good glass polish should remove the etch marks and refresh the finish:

    Shame about old old bore water marks.


    Also, guys please be careful when buffing windows what compound you choose and how hard you go at it!! I have seen some people come out with HORRENDOUS swirling (yes, swirl marks!!) in their glass, God only knows what they did wrong but it looked appalling!!

    Something I have also heard people swear by is using WD40. However, I have never tried this myself so let me know if you find it works
