Default removing mortar from paint without damaging paint, possible?

hey guys, my brother managed to get mortar on the side of his ute on a worksite, is there any way of removing it now that it has dried up without wrecking the paint?

high pressure water is probably the safest bet, wiping it will most likely scratch the paint

I had to remove some of my daughters Barina last year. I used some very fine ( 1500grit ) wet and dry then a bit of cutting compound followed by some polish .

i would try soaking it with prepsol a few times ,wax and grease remover doesnt disturb your paint in and way so give that ago but remember so soak it well, then try a high pressure hose .

Back Set cement dissolver will save you a lot or hard work and tears!

Simply spray on, let it work and rinse off. After it has removed the cement, give the surface a freshen up with a light polish or paint cleaner then apply a sealant or wax.

    Cheers Greg
