Default chasing a decent liquid wax, have i found it?

    Hey guys,

Im looking into getting a new liquid wax to replace the tech wax 2.0 im using. Im allways pushing the boundaries trying to find the best combo to get some shine out of my car.

It needs to be compatible with Autoglym Ultra Deep Shine polish, and more importantly, without selling my soul or sexual innocence.

Now ive happened accross this product here, which apparently has the highest carnauba content in a liquid wax form. Has anybody hear of the product, or even better, seen its finished product? Or is there somewhere else i should be looking?

Pinnacle Liquid Souveran™ Wax liquid car wax with real carnauba, protects and shines all auto paint! liquid car wax, paint sealer, carnauba wax, liquid carnuba, liquid soveran

    cheers guys

Go for Zaino Z8, it's quite simply fantastic and will go over just about anything.

I know of people who use it over Zymol and Swissvax waxes.

This is my car with nothing but Z8 (havent got round to applying Z-AIO and Z2 yet)

And one I did with the whole Zaino system http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/foru...ad.php?t=66394

I've used allsorts from Zymol to to cheap super market stuff and short of making the step to Zymol Vintage (bit too expensive for me) Zaino is by far the best there is.

And imho if you're washing your car at least monthly then you'll only need Z8, it's just Z2 or Z5 adds that tiny bit more to the finish and Z-aio preps the paint perfectly for the base.

If you wanted something completely different from the norm then Z-CS is a good product, just spray on the paint buff it in and leave it, no buffing off required and it's fantastic protection on wheels.

Is the Z8 a wax? Ive got a fair bit of autoglym here because i just love that stuff and the ultra deep shine also has wax to protect the paint. I apply my tech wax over the top, but im thinking if the zaino z8 contains a wax then it would be the perfect final coat?

No wax as such as it's a liquid sealant much like the NXT.

On average with one coat I've seen upto 2/3 months beading with Z8 (thats with fortnightly washes using Z7 shampoo, although I've since changed to 3M car soap and been blown away by how good it is for the price).

My car now gets washed every friday after work regardless of weather and then put in the garage and given a spritz of Z8 (which is nearly running out) .

And you really don't need much, just one spritz per panel YouTube - Zaino Z-8 Grand Finale Spray Seal on Ferrari

Maybe im better off going a wax paste solution over the autoglym then.

Anyone used the P21S wax paste before?

The Autoglym is like a wax already. Just leave as it. Otherwise, Banana Armour or Poorboys Polish with Carnauba Blue is what i use. Both for $30 each even less. The Souveran you mention is a classic, and an excellent product. The P21 is better in the wax in the tub.

Honestly you would be better just using Optimum Spray Wax or Duragloss Aqua wax ontop of the Ultra deep shine. Use it after each wash.
