    Default ICE products

Anyone used ICE liquid clay bar and other ICE cleaning products? Saw the vid on mightycarmods, seems good, but they're pretty expensive.

We trial a lot of products and did use this as per the instructions, it scratched the **** out of the paint but it looked like there are fillers in there to cover up the marks. Personally I would not use any 'liquid' clay it goes against the principles of claying to remove contaminents. If you are looking for a good clay try here: Mint Clay it is cheaper than the Liquid Clay and you can use it for several cars. If you are looking for tips on claying try here: How to Clay

I love using clay. It is amazing how much dirt it removes even after a good wash and the paint looks clean. I use Clay magic but have noticed the Mint clay which is significantly cheaper. Anyway this is what the clay looked like after doing the boot lid on my sister's metallic black Renault Megane Convertible.

I really like the product, I noticed it doesn't do crap unless you leave it on for 5-10mins (as it states) and then wipe the left over off.
Worked well on the Kingswood too, It seems to stay on longer then normal waxes.
Is it a polish or a wax? If you're simply wiping it on then wiping it off it certainly isn't a polish. Personally there is no way in hell I'd put this stuff on my car. Even though their website says it is safe for exterior rubber plastic and vinyl trim, it contains silicone which is a big no when it comes to these areas. It is a synthetic wax with fillers to hide all the swirls. That's about it. Turtle Wax and Amorall are rubbish and most of the Meguiar's range isn't far behind.

If you want great quality polish that can be done by hand then I'd highly recommend P21S Paint Cleanser.
